I am not going to boost anymore. I am looking for a team where I can stay for 3 more seasons until I retire them. Therefore, I want a team that is about level 40 so the team can grow to me instead of out level me.

I want to keep them together so I have less forums to check and less games to watch.
Day 40 contract
No trade clause
An early sim, preferably before 10 server time or MST.
Please send a PM with the team name in the title and a link to the team in the home page.

Money is not a big deal.
The right fit for my player is what I am looking for.
Please do not give me forum access. I repeat DO NOT give me forum access.

CBs build is closed.

Sorry, no offer without builds.

How does anyone expect to go to a good team if they can't so much as open their builds? Do you really have some huge secret in your build that no one in the game can know about? If so, will you not even open your build once you're on the team? How did you come upon this precious gem of knowledge? Isn't it just better to just open your build and be done with it?

Don't you realize that good teams don't just recruit based off of level, that they're good because they're thorough and insist on having good builds and because they keep agents over long periods of time?

Well most people forget to open there builds while looking for teams. Alot of people can judge using the scouting bar but that has its faults. At this point in the game people would take a guy with a good scouting bar to fill a roster spot, if the guy isnt good enough then they get demoted. However, how much does it matter what your build is if the game is going to sim the way it does?

Most times you don't need to sse the build to see how good the player is.

Check the stats that matter to the position. Then check the stats for the regular season. See what the level of competition the player acheived those stats in (BB A AA AAA PRO), then check the game log to see if those stats were accumilated in just a few blowout games or is the player consistant from game to game.

There are times where you have a player lousy builds but has put up fantastic numbers but has been doing it at a level that is too far beneith his ability (Big fish little pond theory, where if the player was in the correct league the stats would even out.

Now conversely there are players who have great builds but are playing at a level too high for their build and are putting average to low numbersm where if they played in a league appropriate for their buid, their numbers would spike upward.

Long story short, it takes more that just seeing the build to see if the player is a goot fit for your team or not.

8-8

why would you pay major money for a player if you cant see what he does best?

explains 8-8

Didn't say I offer contracts w/o seeing the build. Just gives you an idea on a player if he is worth investigating further and asking for his build.

As for our 8-8. You should look at our history. We average 12+ wins a season.
