Definitely.

All equipment on speed. Then put all SPs into speed until you hit the 70s.
Then put all SPs into agility until you hit the 70s.
Then other stuff.

by the way, 67.98 is when it starts costing 4 sp to up 1 attribute, so you should shoot for this number both on speed and agility
