So I'm pretty stumped here. I've got a DT with a pretty solid build, just starting to add SA's (http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=657412).

What's the missing ingredient that these super DTs have? Vision? specific SAs? Stupidly high stamina?

RUN HARD's DTs have been consistently dominant despite changes to DL. The guy just hit something right on the money with his builds.

Off the top of my head the biggest difference would be 9-11 levels

RUN HARD has dominant DTs, no doubt about it. I think maz had the better DT in season 8 though.

I don't buy into the "secret ingredient" theory, I think they are doing what everyone is now doing, they just got there first and did it best out of the Season 1 crowd.

I agree with tautology. This game is becoming less about dominant builds, and more about level. If a level 40 OT with 50 Spd/Agi and 68 Str/Blk goes against a level 32 DE with 100 SPD/74 AGI/61 STR, the OT will win the battle most times simply because of level. I'm convinced of it.

yeah this play proves that theory.
A level 39 D.T. owning a level 44 guard, then owning the level 50 O.T.

wait what?

crawl back in your hole.

lol, you're so unnecessarily intense. I'm not challenging anyone, so proving my theory wrong isn't "beating me" like you make it seem. Actually, it's a good thing. I'd rather know that lower level players can beat out higher level players with a superior build than have to think that level is all that matters on GLB.

YEAH! THAT'S RIGHT! YOU'RE WRAWONG! WHAT NOW, BEEYATCH!

owait, I don't really care that much.

Honestly, I think it's tackling. Those guys' bars are ridiculous. I'd be willing to bet that all 3 of the guys that are listed have 68+ Tackling, which you don't really see these days.

This thread is such bullshit, BBQ sauce is clearly superior to mustard, mayo, and ketchup. . . EVERYONE knows that, it's S3 knowledge.

Really though, it's not tackling. I'm at 60 tackling with a 66 bar, other things go into the bar but that gives you a ballpark. I think tautology's probably spot on, most of them are probably just DT's build like DEs (with strength).

Underdog is a known forum troll, has nothing good to say about anyone's build except his own...which they all fail.
