Do you have to be LVL 1 at the beginning of the season or just when you are signed to a peewee team I am on a team now as a LVL 1 can I boost now and then boost after the season starts to get 6 boosts instead of 3

Have to wait until season 9, if I am not mistaken it wont let you boost at all even if you try
