Still not completely sure where I want to go with this DE. I know that speed seems to have been more succesful last season for DE's. Basically I can either take his speed to the 5-1 cap (73 natural), or I can take his speed to the 4-1 cap (68) and agility to the 3-1 cap (61) right now with the SP's I have. Which would be recommended? I can rearrange my equipment at some point as well.
