LVL 20, took all his EQ off, the remaining EQ is an endorsement.
I have 26 SPs to use for him.

What should I be working on?

If you want to go more balanced, speed to 68 then agility to 60, with eq on speed.
If you want to go power, strenght to 68 and agility to 60, with eq on strenght.

What would be more advantageous right now. balanced or power?

anything specialized will be better, i would think. checking your build, i would go power

That's what I was focusing towards, I just thought I would get some input.
