How important is it in everyone's opinion?

I've always aimed to have players taller than 6'

but for the sake of 1 inch I have an immense roll...

+4 inches in height and +1 lb for the sake of -1 tackling and -1 catching being +2 stamina....

I would take the taller roll . . . I don't think the attribute difference in this case is significant.
