alright, from this off season's Free Agency, it has inspired me to make this forum. out there i see a ton of newer members demanding ridiculous stuff like max salaries and starting positions on Pro Teams, when they have equipment in vision and stamina as a LB. i kinda feel bad for them, because they have no idea how bad their build is, and wonder why no teams want to give them an offer.
so this PF is just going to be a place for Newbs to come in and get some extra information and tips on GLB. here is some stuff that will be in this PF:
-Build Help (i am going to try and get some of the smartest GLBers in here to help out a bit)
-new owner and GM help (AI, DPC, good offensive plays, stadium advice, etc...)
-Newbies looking for teams thread. (any new members, who are having trouble finding a team, can post in that thread and maybe someone will pick them up and help them out with their builds and get them on the right track)
-classes (not sure if i am going to do this yet)
-contests. hopefully i will be able to arrange some flex point contests to some of the newer members to help them keep active and buy more players and boost
anyone is free to join. whether you are willing to help out and mentor the newbs or if you want to learn, you can join
the reason for this is to help keep GLB alive. i hate seeing people quit because they don't know how to play the game, or don't understand what are good builds and their players suck, while they see Tea Baggins rush for 5000 yards a season, or a player not able to find a team so they get bored and quit.
who knows? this could actually make GLB some more money.
