ive been told that having 4 HB's and 3 QB's is the perfect amount for the pee wee's is this true?

NO, 2QBs and 3 HBs along with 2 Fbs. The 4th HB will be crying he wants out by game 2

i was the number 1 HB and asked the owner if i could get a release so the other 3 could get more pt and now im not on the DC and he keeps threatening me. i want to post the pm that he sent me but i wont

He cant release you for 6 days from the time you signed. 4 Hbs is way too many.
You can play 4 if you build one like a FB and use him as a 4th Hb and a 3rd Fb and allow him to return kicks and punts. That will get some pt that way. No way will there be enough runs for 4 Hbs though and add in rushing Qbs. Someone will start complaining.

Another option would be to sell the team and then you can release your own player

Last year we had four backs in our stable at the Crib Midgets along with two rushing QBs and our players all had quality playing time. This year we're switching to three RBs though. Three QBs though is entirely too much. You need to roll with two.

You will also want tyo pick up a second FB unless you plan on running singleback majority of the time. You need another C, 2 more G's and 2 Ots. (You have too many WRs) On Defense you need at least 1 more DT, DE, FS, SS and pick up 2 more CBs. You should play with 4 Dts, and DEs. Your LBs, WRs, TEs and HBs are all set.

the team I was on last year only had 2 HB, and we split time equally and neither of us got below 40 in energy, and I led the league in rushing with over 4000 yards

It isn't like LE knows anything.

You can get away with one and that depends on how you use him. If you plan on using as a rushing qb, you would only be able to have him run about 5-10 plays before being gassed.

Thanks, i picked up another QB, i am not really concerned about getting a ton of backups. alot of pee-wee's can't even fill a team.
