I have a 28 Lvl Wr with good speed and good hands that needs a new home. He has 5 skill points that havent been used and is one point from another boost. Would prefer a team that will give him many touches.

Your build is closed. I couldnt see the speed. 80s is good, but we are looking for our wr3 slot speed receiver. Min for us is 90 at that spot....80's is better suited for a WR2/4/5 spot.
