I have a pee wee team and i have a rushing qb and a passing qb. How do you go about having both qb's with completely different builds get max xp each game. i dont want my passing qb running

Set passing QB to TE2.
Run QB rush play, forcing TE2 to be in the game.
The rushing QB will be put in and run the play 97% of the time.
