We are looking only for players on Lvl. 1, we had financial problems and have decided to have all Lvl. 1 to build up stadium. Only looking for long term deals, will release if unhappy with team, though. We prefer boosting, but not necessary, and custom EQ is always nice. EQ will be payed for, and we make sure everyone gets max xp each game.

I know many of you already know all of this, but for those who don't, here is a simple guide with links. When rolling your player you hopefully have looked at this guide before hand.

If you feel as though you did not meet the standards listed and wish to roll again before the season starts, pm either stereo or I. We will look for people who seem to have gotten the best roll overal, but if we don't notice and you do, please tell us (we are looking to make the best team possible). Also, don't spend the sp's you receive initially (15). If you already have, please pm us so you can reroll and we can get you back on the team.
Which leads me to my next point, everyone should slowbuild. The method which we prefer is not slowbuilding based off of training efficiency. we want everyobe train something until you have enough points to soft cap it (somewhere between 25 and 30) and once you can do it. This requires training on only intense. Now that it has been changed that you can save up an unlimited number of bonus tokens through seasons, i'd save up until at least level 20, for that's when i've noticed better adv eq. Next is boosting, you should not boost right away, for it will become harder for you to get xp and slow you leveling. Here is a clearcut guide for when to boost . The chart is near the bottom of the page, you can't miss it.

The exception to this is when at lvl 22 or one in which boosting will take you to above25, so you may rack up veteran xp asap. When it comes spending veteran points I prefer clutch and redzone. Since i'm pretty sure straight ability veteran points are going to be nerfed, these two imo are pretty good. Plus a team full of clutch players couldn't hurt. When it comes to defense I hope players put something in zone specialist, for i plan a running mostly zone plays and a % boost to speed, agility, and vision is pretty good. Lastly we would like everyone to play on hard. I know i'm writing this guide a bit early, but i just want to get the news out so we can start building this team asap. Any questions, comments, or suggestions, post them here or pm.
Don't give up on rolling though, took me bout a half hour to get the best roll and it is a beaut.
