I'm planning on making a blitzing ROLB but I'm not exactly sure whether I should be trying to cap agility or speed first. I've heard speed to 68 first then agility from someone, but I'm not exactly sure. What should I be doing great GB gurus?

For a blitzer, I would prioritize speed over agility.

So work speed to 68 first? Or just softcap it?

depends on the decimals and such. if you get a skill to 49.00, there's no benefit to bringing it over the 60.5 cap before leveling once because you won't go over 0.5 from your level bonus anyway. but this stuff is really just not all that big of a deal.

i'd probably do spd/agi til 2nd capping speed, agi/vis til agi capped, 3rd speed, 3rd agi, str/tck & cap vision, then 2nd cap tackling. then a 3:1 or so split on eq, spd:agi. gives around 90/75 or so, then tweak from there based on performance.
