We came of a 15-1 Season, only to lose in the Zeta Championship game. With our main opponent moving up and the other deciding to rebuild, we are the only team left that is a strong contender left to fight for the title against Alpha.
I tried to play one year rotating 3 Linemen in all spots O and D. Turns out, we ran out of stamina and were beat in the Championship game in the fourth quarter. We need a strong presence at the LOT (or ROT, if you choose to play that, we can switch our ROT over to LOT)
We are financailly very stable. We have all of our 200 paid off and still have 4.5 mil to spend in the FA, or we will save it over to pay for EQ next season. We have around 3-5 mil in the Team EQ fund and we are very generous with.

We have a combined 64-10 in the regular season and playoffs over our four years including this season. Our stadium has been completed. Our agents are very active on the forum and that is one thing that we look for in our agents also. We have a great recruiting class coming in that is all at Level 43+ and the only position we need to fill is our starting OT position.

although we're a passing team I'm looking at upgrading the RT spot and your build definitely works for that. I've tried to recruit you a few times before so I don't have to run the pitch lol. As for EQ $ if it's 56 that's pretty tough for us despite the four home games but if it's 48 yet there's a solid chance of that being doable.

We went 16-0 last season and lost the championship by a FG. We have a balanced offensive attack, we had the leading rusher, and second leading passer in the league last season. We are looking for an upgrade on the Offensive Line, and you would be a big boost for us at RT.

If you take a look at our stadium and money, you will see we are in very good shape, and are continuously improving in that regard, so we should be able to dole out a decent amount for your equipment.

Hi, we are looking for a starting LOT for season 9 and Henry looks to be a great build. We cover all equipment upgrades so no problem getting you fully equipped. We are a very well run team who make the playoffs every season. We are currently in Western Europe AAA but our target for season 9 is promotion to the pro league and we have the talent to get there. We are losing a couple of key players to retirement and Henry would be a huge addition to our team and would help us towards our promotion push.

We have a great bunch of guys on the team with lots of experience in GLB. We have a very active and fun forum as whats the point if you cant have a laugh. Western Europe AAA is also a very active league with lots of banter and long standing rivalry between many of the teams. The competition is fierce but we all have a great time with it. Canada AAA

3 seasons in a row #1 seed. 3 seasons playing for a cup. Canada AAA in 4 years from creation. Come join a winner and help us make the final push for that Pro league and the big cup!

We have allowed our back-up OT's to leave this season as I don't think they can cut it in AAA then our ROT went AWOL on us. Come help us fill this gaping hole. We are having a hard time landing WR's because of the problem at OT, and we would also like to upgrade the WR position.

We have been around since season 4, always with 11 wins or more and at least 1 playoff game. In season 7 we finally buckled down, accepted nothing but the best and finally set about our winning ways and won the conference championship with a 15-1 season. We lost the championship in OT by a FG though. Season 8 was interested. A humbling experience. We werent prepared for AA and underestimated. We were easily the favorite to win the league at the start but somehow fell off along the road. While our other GMs were great. Our DC didnt feel very committed to the team and didnt try as hard as possible and we ending up with a few unacceptable losses. At AAW we really DO accept nothing but the best and I lost sleep over those un deserved losses. It was unacceptable. 2 games ago i finally fired that DC. The new DC has had a few growing pains against the 1 seed and the 3 seed going into the playoffs and we lost those 2.

Next season the plan is to go back to our winning ways. and to accept nothing but the best. We are a story book franchise and I gurrantee that in a few seasons our name will be everywhere and we will be at the top of GLB. Next season we are winning the championship. No doubt about it. Don't think twice. We will. This game is too easy not to.

As far as team forum goes, we are very active and everyone loves being on the team. we have almost half of our team signed until retirement! Our GMs are great and helpful and everyone loves it. Send out a random PM and ask. I can let you in if you are curious.

Stadium wise we are up to par after this season. We dish out Equipment on a fair rate to the people that deserve it. if you are a quality member of AAW you will recieve your EQ. We reward when we feel is right. We do it fairly though

We only take the best builds and agents. Im very proud of this team and the agents on it. Everyone on the team has a good attitude and Im proud of the way we act in all forums. If you have a negative attitude and dont want to be on the team, then I dont want you either.

I own 2 other teams, that have a small relationship with AAW that hopefully will build into something else. They are all part of something called the AAW Network which consists of many members and 3 Private forums. We are a very very very organized team who runs as well as an NFL GM Network. I am proud of the way we work together.

To sum it up, if you want to be part of a QUALITY, PROFFESIONAL, team. Than we are that team. We work as well as Pro teams. I can't wait until everyone knows who we are. Which will be soon. Statement to the Team
Last season, (as successful as it was) was failure for the wolves. 10-6 and 1 playoff loss. Worst season at AAW. Can you believe that 5 seasons of AAW, and THAT is the worst? Well, I know we can do better. Here is my "Tim Tebow" Speech

Going through and writing all my recruiting speeches-I realized what we have done here. We have done great, and it is early in our career. Pro is our destiny. The following is Actually a speech I gave to a recruit. He said it was very powerful, and showed a lot. So this is it, almost word for word. This shows us in the real light.

"I know we are only AA but we are a great team and are really worth sticking with. We have 12 agents that have been with us since season 4 when we started. people LOVE it at AAW. Its just a well run fun team. We are worst sticking with! we will be in AAA next season and we plan on going PRO in 2 or 3 seasons. I WANT TO BE that one famous GLB team! I dont wanna be that little AA team again! We WILL be there. If you pass on us, you are missing out, and you will reconsider us in 3 seasons when our name is eeverywhere"

Season 6-
Virtue76 took over for graven's time restraints
11-5, 1 playoff win

This is where our story starts-halfway through season, I created AAW7 and decided to be perfect next season and win the championship.

Season 7-
15-1 losing only to Empire United. We CRUSHED everyone in the playoffs til the most hyped game in SE Asia A 6 history. It was a great frickin game and I suggest the new guys watch it. It was an awesome game to watch.

Unfortunately we lost in OT by a FG, cause we lost the toss in OT
