This build is intended to be a PWR and will continue on that path. Will be boosted and equipped, based on financial status and that is why I'd like to get an offer that includes a signing bonus; it will go into EQ.
Build currently holds 10 Training Points and 9 Bonus Tokens, so first piece of AEQ will be purchased on signing. Currently has 3 Basic and 1 Custom EQ.
I'm an active agent, always participate and have previous WR build experience. I also have another fresh WR build that is available as well...
