my first player and build, never really had any advice or found much while building, he did pretty good during pee wee season though, was going to retire but a guy wants him for casual league so with the build I have now please give me some advice in what to do with him, as in what to cap next and train, any advice besides retire him would be helpful, thanks,
(would like for him to be a good blocking back)

build is open

If you want to be competing now (at the cost of a mediocre player when you get to the highest levels), you should cap agility, then blocking, then back to strength and agility (both to 68). Then work speed and vision. I'd be training agility to 30, follow that by training blocking to 30, then intense vision/confidence for a while and follow that with speed/stamina.

thanks. that's first advice I got on him, will do one intense on blocking and agility first for the 8 tokens more on my junk adv eq (agility/ % break tackle)

I'd cap Spd/Agl first, as you can't block for a HB you can't get in front of. Then Blk, then Vis.

Then 2nd cap Spd/Agl.

And move some Str equipment to Spd.

I agree about cost of playing well now vs being a monster later, Cap the Str, Agility, blocking high now and then bring speed up later. Speed does not gain with leveling so it does not matter when you raise it while capping str/agi/blo earlier will raise naturally higher with each level. you might not be a star on a level 13/16 team but it will pay of in spades later
