Poor. A rushing FB is a power back, any other design is fail.

You should have had strength and carrying at 68 naturally by level 20. Then work on speed and agility to 48 naturally. Once there, you can get speed to 60/68 before messing with agility again. All the while training vision, stamina and confidence (jumping and catching once the others get into the high 30's).

As you get VAs, put them all into bruiser until maxed. Then you can start using them to boost strength and/or speed (depending on tastes, short yd monster and tenacious are worthy too). Lastly, shop for a piece or two of AE with +% break tackle or some rushing SA (stiff arm, lower the shoulder, power thru, etc...).

A well built rushing FB is almost as good as a well built power HB. A little slower and a little worse SA selection, for 300 less flex per level.

Some people prefer going agility over carrying (for second attribute to cap), due to the slightly higher automatic leveling increases, but with the season 9 changes looming, I'd go carrying over agility.

P.S. You can do just fine blocking with 80+ strength, good speed/agility and maybe first capped blocking.

You frankly just lose out on a lot of automatic leveling gains when you spend points in Speed that early.
