Alright... so I just rolled a +1 Quick Cut which I would like to use but I do not have enough bonus tokens to upgrade it (Since this is my second AEQ). My question is when does the +SA equipment become better than regular equipment that is higher levels.

For example would +2 Speed, +2 Quick Cut be better than +4 Speed, or do I wait until +3 Speed, +2 Quick Cut etc.

Depends on SPs, bring QC from 7 to 9 >>>> Speed from 73 to 75

at that point i would switch to the 2 speed and 2 quick cut. because i believe quick cut gives you speed and agility boost when you cut. there for it make sense!
