I've got 1 SP at the moment, which means I'll be able to bring throwing to the 3rd cap when I reach level 11. At that point, which skill should I soft-cap first: strength or throwing? Obviously, I'm planning on training both some more before allocating any SPs to them, but I'm a little curious as to what the QB experts have to say about this.
Here is what my plan is (Yes, I realize I messed up by training vision more than strength early on, but... ) :
1. 3rd Cap Throwing
2. Train strength to 30ish and then soft-cap it (also, should I bother "wasting" training points doing strength/carrying or should I bother about just allocating training points toward strength so I can get it to the soft-cap sooner for the sake of level "increments"?)
3. Soft-cap vision.
4. Soft-cap confidence
5. Hard-cap strength
6. Hard-cap vision
7. Either hard-cap confidence or 3rd cap strength
8. Do whichever I don't do at #7
9. 3rd cap vision
10. Add two levels into each pocket passer SA
11. Get the second then the "3rd cap" (6 I believe?) in the first 2 SAs (Pocket Presence and Tight Spiral)
12. Get the "2nd cap" in pump fake
13. Get one level in On the Run, then the first cap in Dump Pass and Quick Cut
I realize my "plan" may be a bit confusing at first and looks 5-7 seasons into the future, but if any of the QB experts on here could evaluate the general idea of my "plan", I would really appreciate any constructive advice you could offer me!
