I don't boost nor do I have any custom EQ. What I'm planning on doing is sort of experimenting. Usually, after getting a player's primary skill to the 3rd-cap, I start working toward getting the #2 skill to the soft-cap. This time, I'm going to get his speed to the 4th cap first before getting agility to the soft-cap, and then to the hard-cap. Catching, jumping, and vision I'm planning on holding off on until these are done.

Does this sound like a good plan? With 70.63 base speed at level 12 and 2 unused SPs, I look to have the 73 needed for the 4th cap by level 14 (decimal will pass '1' and I'll get 2 levels with 8 SPs).

After getting speed to the 4th cap, should I get agility to the 3rd cap before getting catching to the soft-cap or should I leave it at the hard-cap before getting catching to the soft-cap?

Yes, I realize that I'll drop a lot of passes in the meantime while I wait for the levels to come, but I think in the long run, I'll have a KR/PR/YAC machine. I may potentially catch 25-30% fewer balls, but when I rack up an average of 25 YAC, I think I could still potentially lead leagues in receiving yards and TDs.

Just get speed to the 4th cap then work on agility. In the meantime you can be a KR/PR and just let your OC know you will be best used in that role along with WR screens (these are very effective in level 13 capped leagues).

Also when you get a chance fix your equip so its all in speed (unless that is aeq).

It is all in speed (70.63 base + 8 EQ). I don't plan on actually buying AEQ until I'm around level 30 since there's no point in upgrading AEQ that is not as good as the AEQ I can "roll" then.

I'm glad you mentioned the screens because I've actually set myself as the 5th WR on the team I GM for this specific purpose.

Sounds good. I just needed some affirmation that I do indeed have a solid plan. Thanks for reaffirming that for me! =)
