any last-SA AEQ is worth it, if you consider getting to 10 in that SA to be worth it. Who cares what it comes with - the value of the SA alone once you get to level 40 is by far worth all the bonus tokens you put into it. From 6 to 10 is worth 5+5+6+6 = 22 skill points, at the opportunity cost of 16 bonus tokens.
This value is even more if you don't plan on taking the stuff up before it as high either, but for a punter this is irrelevant. But like, for a C getting line gen up from 6 to 10, you can go 1-1-2-3-6 instead of 1-2-3-5-10, so you save on all the worthless preqeqs also and the value jumps to 22+1+2+(2+2) = 29 SP.
