RAM3 will be available day 40, he will be level 21 from training for the start of season 9. He is a monster powerback, tackle breaking machine. When viewing his page, note the +14% bonus already to breaking tackle. That should be 16% before season 9 starts with another +1 str once he gets a couple more bonus tokens.
