Can anyone help me with my WR? He will be level 22 after tonight and will be boosted 3 levels soon. What should I do with the points?

Whats natural speed at? Your close to double capping agility so go ahead and do that. After that I'd go for more speed.

Double-cap speed, then double-cap agility, then 3rd cap speed.
