His skills are going to be very balanced, and i will have points into the MLB vet SA w.e its called.

i just found a piece of equip that is +1 strength +1 first step, is that something that is good? or not really, he wont be blitzing or anything, so im thinking NO?

Nobody can really be certain due to the expected changes in the sim next season to the way LBs attack. It's probably a good thing to buy just in case it does turn out to work well. It would work best in the scheme where your DC has you back off the line or at least not right up on it imo because otherwise you're likely to get picked up by an OL even with first step, unless you go up against crappy linemen.

Personally, I don't like First Step for just about anyone on the defense besides blitz-happy LBs and DEs. Maybe that's just my opinion though.

First step is a great CB SA in my opinion. My MLB has not had a ton of success with it though. I thought it would be great for him, but I'm definitely not seeing the benefits that I expected from it. His build could just be flawed though.

if the changes to the LB AI actually work... then it may be good. It's really a huge question mark. I'd prefer change direction or Defense General or something though.
