How high of agility you think? and vision? speed? etc.

Vision and agility should both be at least 60-65. Preferably higher.

Pretty sure Vision has little to do with that at all

ok, another question. Should agility really be at a certain point? or just be very high RELATIVE to your opponents?

I wouldn't bother taking agility past 61, speed and Quick Cut are much more important.

That doesn't disqualify me from knowing what attributes a good returner has. Just because I don't have a player in a position personally doesn't mean I don't know plenty of others who do.

Vision very much does have an effect on the super elusive setting.

I think 68 is a good place for a CB to stop agility.
