Never made one before and not seeing much out here for new players as far as build advice in the current environment. Looking to make more of a sacking machine.

Speed, Agility and strength are the basics, the first two are key for pass rushing.

Not incapable, it's just difficult to do unless you play against significantly weaker competition.
