What's other DC use LB in their 3-4 sheme?

LOLB should be fast and good speed agi and vision?
LILB should be the one with highest Str?
RILB should be the one with high Str and also balance?
ROLB should be the main pass rusher with no need to have vision?

I usually set depth chart along those,is it the right thing to do?

I'm in the process of getting a team next season and I plan to be a strictly 3-4 Defense. I will be building a NT, LDE and a LILB for the sole purpose of running an effective 3-4.

So I have been thinking about my LILB build and I truly believe strength is key for the LILB because for the most part he will be taking on a guard on almost every play.

I agree with the attributes for the most part. I think if the LILB is always sent to crash the line of scrimmage then the RILB doesnt need as much strength and probably can build him similar to the ROLB.
