I have a fast bruising back running on -50(power), but I have been recently thinking about throwing a lot of SPs into QC. Has anyone done this? Is it worth it? My HB also has 55 AGI and will probably get it to the 2nd softcap by next season.

Any recommendations? Should I go instead for First Step?

A couple points in QC is never not worth it.

But does QC function when running on -50 power?

What are your thoughts on First Step?

FS & QC work for anyone and any player with those SAs should eventually have at least 2 points in each. QC is essentially used on every play, and FS will at least have a chance to trigger on every play.

Quick cut works regardless. It's not as effective as it once was, but it's still a good compliment to moderate agility (~60). Bort has stated that quick cut also helps a HB get through the OL/DL with less slow down, so it could come in handy in the future if they increase the penalty to breaking or evading tackles.

First step is too expensive if you want high powerback SAs, attributes, AND quick cut.

Best bet is to hunt for a FS AEQ.

I did the reverse. I have an elusive/combo back and got a Power Through piece of AEQ. With my next 5 SPs I can get it to 5.
