If I take the +2 TS I have 94 Throwing and 8 TS and if I take the throwing I have 98 throwing and 6 in TS. Which one sounds better?

TS, u can get throwing anywhere, im not sure which one is better but u can get 4 throwing from a few VA's, Skill point, or level ups

If you throwing is a natural 68 though, getting another 4 throwing is hard from skill points.

true, but with VA's and Equipment Bonus getting throwing to 95ish isnt hard. Its really not that beneficial to have it any higher than 95-100.
