CB2 or CB3 spot or job returning kicks (can modify build for this)
Don't care about pay, as long as equip is covered.
An experienced coaching staff.

I dont think your build is that bad... Train strength/tackling and then confidence/stamina and you should be on your way towards a decent build. Pm sent
