if you want to be NT:
more strength. take it to 68, at least (I'd say 73 cap). you can train agility/tackling in the meantime. then eventually you'll start bringing agility to caps after strength is done, at which time you can train speed/tackling and/or speed/stamina.

(and don't put another point into SAs!)

if you to be a DT:
with the low agility I'd take strength to 61 while training agility/tackling. then bring agility up to a few caps... eventually get both str and agility to 68 asap, some would even say the 73 cap. make sure your training progress bars are 80%+ before boosting the stat too.

at least this is my plan with my 2 d-lineman:
NT: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1212698
DT: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1212685

Getting high caps fast in the build is extremely important on a d-lineman because they have so few major attributes.

do you mean to spend training points on agi/tackling, while spending skill points (the ones you get from levels) on str? i want to be a NT, so i'll keep levelling strength i guess.

yes. spend all your skill points in strength while intense training agility/tackling and/or agility/stamina. when it gets up to 28+ you can switch to speed/stamina if you like. different people would have different points of view of what exactly to intense training- but they would all agree: all in strength til 73.
