In addition to those two, Agility. Lots of it.
Also, Vision plays a part too. But on my slowbuilding LB, I decided to softcap Agility first and I noticed that it played a larger part in Rush Defense than anything else. That's not saying much, though, because if you're going to attempt to stop a powerback, Agility is rather downright useless. It only serves, in my opinion, to counteract Elusive HB because it keeps you from being juked out badly.
