Good luck Money!

Yeah, this'll be another good one. I've been nervous since the end of the Santa Fe game, and it won't go away until the end of the Lumberjacks game. Good luck to the Orangutans as well!

I feel ya. I've had to tell myself to just leave it alone. I keep wanting to go back and adjust the AI even more, but I have to remind myself that I can't foresee everything that is going to happen. If I change one more thing, I might disrupt something else. I guess we'll see in a few hours.

Ditto. I keep telling myself... "nothing is broken so keep your hands off the spanners, wrenches and hammers." But then I look at some past games again and start to second guess myself.

I think I'm going to check out how badly my online soccer team got beat yesterday.

online soccer??? that must be a thrill a minute, just like the real game.

dot, passes to dot, passes to dot, passes to dot, passes to dot, passes to dot, passes to dot, passes to dot, dot, passes to dot, passes to dot, passes to dot, passes to dot, passes to dot, passes to dot, passes to dot...shoots...misses the net by 15 computer simulated yards.

final score......0-0....or nil nil if you are really hardcore.

Well, someone better win. Big game for the Liquors/Baton Rouge as well. This week should decide the top 4 seeds.

I'm in a private league on xperteleven.com. Its a sim that focuses on tactics and team management. I started playing in order to learn more about soccer. My 11 year old niece plays in a youth league and I have no idea on what is going on when I watch a game.

By the way I lost 5-2, but on the bright side, 3 of my players committed some kind of personal fouls in the game(apparently I've a bunch of goons on my squad).

That's pretty cool Murray. I wouldn't have figured you for old enough to have an eleven-year-old niece. My other big game is Simyard. (Murray, you can blame Pax Heartlandia for getting me in on that one. ) (inside joke) Pretty good baseball simulator. Now if it will only get around to simulating me some wins...

Actually Ken, you'll notice we're playing much smarter football than we have in seasons past. I think one of the best decisions I've made in GLB was to hire football guys as coordinators/GMs (Krackman for the Offense, Murray the evil skull for the Defense), bring in some studs on both sides of the ball and just get out of the way and let them do their thing. If this were last year, no way we hang 50 on the Orangutans. I've never had so little to do personally as far as gameplanning (I used to pretty much run everything from the coaching/owner/coordinator standpoint,) and yet never had so much success.

I took a look the other day, our Punter was taking a side job as a Maytag repairman. I mean, they're practically doing the same job. (If you're old enough to get that joke, anyway. )

To Oregon, that was a good game. Tribute to our gameplanning as mentioned above that we were able to pull it off in that fashion. To Oregon, looking forward to another good game on Saturday to hopefully finish off our Hell Week on a good note.
