Uhhhh the running backs SA activated- nothing you can do about that. If it was a straight up "missed tackle" you would have a little more weight to your argument

Hmm...guess I should buy that +3 catching +1 stiff arm piece I have in my store.

Stiff arm is definitely the best when activated, onlything is they don't activate nearly as often as lower shoulder or power thru. I've never had Stiff Arm at 10 so I don't know how often it would activate if that were the case.
