I don't have the funds to purchase this piece of AE. Just wanted know if it was worth saving up for or if I should keep rolling for better equipment.

Do you have the bonus tokens saved up already so you can upgrade it a bunch right away?

I think I would give it a shot. Two +% bonuses to useful skills isn't too bad. If you can upgrade it 5 times I believe it would be a +15% Break Block, +15% Force Fumble, +5 ___ item. I would be happy with that. If Bort ever decided to actually have a QB fumble the ball, that item could make you a pass rushing terror.
