Teammate just hit 60 on his pass def bar at level 41. I am wondering if he is the fastest to do it. I have seen other db's with a 60 in Pass Def but none level 41 or lower.

As a fellow teammate I wish he'd at least open his build to team members so I can see what it takes to have a 60 bar!

oh im planing on 60 capping jumping and catching then 69 capping vision... but not by 41

View the page source, scroll down to where it's talking about the bars, and see what % of the bar it lists as full.

My CB just got a dark green passing bar at lev 45....that is slower than our teammate that you pointed out...but still pretty darn quick.

I know it's a ways away, but I should be able to manage it by the time I get to 40. My level 19 CB has a pass defense bar just short of 48. It'll be 48 probably by level 20. I've gotta imagine that 100 more SPs (few, if any, of which I'll spend on SAs...at LEAST until I reach 73/73/73) and all the training to get to that point should get me 12 points on the scouting bar.

73 73 73 would be a waste of SPs. SAs are SUPER IMPORTANT for CBs. Not to mention all the minor attributes which are also important. 68/68/68 is what most aim for and I would even suggest 68/68/60
