Its week 11 and I know I have been a little slow on these, its not like I have some template where I just post and paste stuff around, I do this by scratch every other day! Ok so enough whining by me. Oh did you all hear this Joke? What does a prius say as it drives by??? IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII’’’m Gay! That Joke is courtesy of Jeff Dunham.
On with the Show!
Last Week (week 7): 7-1 (Damn Detroit!)
Overall: 28-4
Special thanks to Yu Stin Ki for doing week’s 8 for us.
What We Have Learned So far:
1. BCB right now is the best team in the East.
2. Frostburg holds the Destiny of the Number 2 spot.
3. The Biggest loser so far this season is the Alabama Anzacs.
4. Starting Week 12 one of the top 3 teams will be facing each other for 3 out of the next 4 weeks.
5. This week will pretty much eliminate one of the contenders for the last playoff speed.
On with the Picks:
1. Frostburg Bobcats (9-1) vs. Minnesota Paladins (1-9)
Boy do I miss the fact that I didn’t get to call Minnesota’s first win! But alas as the old saying goes even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. In this case, they took care of Detroit. And as usual Minnesota will fall back down to earth as they get steamrolled by the Bobcats in a tune-up game for the Beasters!
Frostburg 150 Minnesota 0
2. Delray Manatees (4-6) vs. Texas Presidents (8-2)
Delray needs this game to remain in the hunt for that last playoff spot. Texas needs this game to chase for that elusive number 2 seed. Texas goes Manatee hunting in this game.
Texas 70 Delray 14
3. British Columbia Beasters (10-0) vs. Detroit Total Chaos (1-9)
Final result of this game? The Beasters destroy the Chaos in preparation for the Bobcats Next week.
British Columbia 200 Detroit 0
4. *Game of the Week* Baton Rouge Bayou Bengals (7-3) vs. Torrington Wildcats (6-4)
Mainly this game is for playoff seeding, but it’s also the most interesting game of the week. Got two evenly matched teams trying to find its way in the battle that has become the East. These teams will be the teams to beat next season.
Torrington 45 Baton Rouge Bayou 42
5. Crooklyn Bombers (1-9) vs. State College Cyclones (5-5)
State College currently holds the last playoff spot; they need to continue to win in order to keep it as they have Delray and Deimon ready to strike and take it from them. State college bombs the bombers right out of Crooklyn.
State College 100 Crooklyn 0
6. Deimon Devil bats (5-5) vs. Texas Tech Big Red Spread (3-7)
Deimon needs this win to keep its playoff hopes alive. Texas just needs to show improvement from last game, I’ve been in both teams position and it sucks. Though they will be battling it out next season this season its pretty simple in who will win.
Deimon 135 Texas Tech 35
7. Richmond Empire (9-1) vs. Pahoa Wild Boars (2-8)
The Empire will continue their march in the East; it’s just not fair for the boars.
Richmond, 135 Pahoa 0
8. Alabama Anzacs (0-10) vs. Killians Irish Red (6-4)
Unfortunately for Alabama they won’t get a win in their first season in Da 7. Killians need this game in order to ensure their playoff spot. Seeing how they’ve played most of the top teams anyways I don’t foresee Killians losing more then 2 games until the playoffs. Alabama there is always next year.
Killians 155 Alabama 9
There you go guys; hopefully this is what you all wanted. Until next time this is Seirus signing off. Oh and Gentlemen, to stave off staph infection make sure you wash your ass.
