Definitely a solid start. However, I'd recomend picking an attribute, softcapping it, then moving on to the next one. It seems like you're balancing out a few points into each attribute per level. Concentrating does you much more good down the line.

As for the tree...well, what do you want your FB to do, block or run the ball? I'm blatantly biased towards blocking, so I'll say the blocking tree for CE, but if you want him running, then the bottom tree is better.
