I would rather have agility to the 74 cap, catching to the 68, and vision to the softcap than jumping to the 60 cap. The jumping will help you out, but I think the other things will help you out more. Overall it's a really good build IMO.

I'd say no with that build as it is, jumping needs to be complimented by good strength and possession SAs (and 60 catching helps) to really give you a lift, and at 60 i'd consider it a slight advantage. I have seen a big uptick in performance since I added 15 high jumper to my 61 jumping WR though so 68 odd seems to be a point where a possession build will be improved by jumping, for a speedster like yours i'm guessing less effect.

It doesn't limit PDs too much though, just seems to help with your WR being targeted more.
