Should I second cap speed? I will have 45 SP to spend, enough to make my 26.65 Speed to the second cap once I hit my level up.

Anyone have a good guide for a cb?

I'm thinking -- second cap speed then agi then vision or should i cap speed then agi then vision then second cap speed/agi/vision
