no, no you don't need a team, what you need to do is retire your OT. 60 stamina? really? why do even NEED gear on it? i mean i would like to give you suggestions but, you've got really low speed, agility, vision, blocking, and str for a lvl 41, and 26 tackling? please tell me you didn't actually put SP into that?

Look, everyone has their trial and error builds, this was clearly your error, not a problem seriously i don't mean this as an insult. But, there's no way an OL needs 60 Stamina, I'm not sure ANYONE needs 60 stamina, let alone an offensive lineman. You've spent far too many points in SA's and other unneeded attributes and not enough where they were needed, its in your best interest to learn from this, start over and have more fun.

I do need to apologize though, that came off way more critical than I intended it to, but the point does remain the same that I personally would write that player off as a learning experience.
