I want to find a replacement now. These are my demands.

1) I be a starter no matter my level throughout my contract. If this isn't met then I want to be released immediately.

2) I want 5000 a day and enough money to upgrade my equipment, something I currently cannot do.

3) I want a winning team with a desire to win. At least in level "A".

Also, look at my stats over past years and you can tell in the playoffs my player always comes through. Note that this season he is #4 I think on the depth chart, but still produces the best on his team.
