I have a lvl 8 Wr and before u say dont spend any SA's i havent... the Sa's are from CE/AE. so with that being said please give advice. And yes this is a slow build.

go ahead and 3rd soft cap speed and then 2nd soft cap agility. BTW, you have put your custom equid boost in the wrong SA tree.

btw explain.. and pls only give advice if u have a med/high lvl player or actually know what ur talking about instead of having a lvl 3 with alot of SA points spent

Wouldn't the 1 in First Step be blue if it was from AE?

my fault i put 1 point into first step just to help get off the line a little better... but other than that no other points have been spent in SA's

I would def suggest the better tree is the speedester tree. Also, 3rd cap speed (or 4th if you dare ) then start working on agility.

Although it's funny that he doesn't listen to his own advice, he's actually right.
