There also seem to be cases where the HB has a route, but decides to stay in to block on his own. I was going to post a bug on this when I got around to it.
For example today we ran FB Texas (where both HB/FB go out) 5 times, and 2 times the HB went on his route, and 3 times he didn't. We use "Use Basic Settings" on the HB command and 100% Run Route for HB. Are you saying "Play Default" works more as intended?
