This is my priority list right now...
1. Getting Agility to first cap
2. Strength to about 30 - Or even first cap altogether
3. ? (Thinking of back to Speed, for second cap?)

Am I going about this the wrong way? Feedback would be appreciated.

Yep, you need to cap Agility, Vision, and Strength, in that order.

- cap agility, then go back to more speed.
- train stamina for a whole season the train str next season.
- vision is fine

Your player is a MLB? Increase the strength.

train strength and stamina, cap agility, cap vision, 2nd cap agility + vision. Then go back for strength.

I find that amusing because the more unproductive LB of your two unproductive LBs has high strength while the more productive one has higher speed and much less strength.

Oops.

LOL.

My pro league LBs are missing less tackles than last season with higher tackling 7(near 60) and simply training strength. On non-Power Thru tackles 60, 72 and 58 strength LBs are missing more.

Strength is still largely irrelevant. Tackling just needs to be RE-reinforced.

Fact
Point.
Concede.

It appears you are talking about my two level 27 linebackers, both of whom are backups. And the one with over twice as many tackles as the other one is the high strength one. And both were the first two players I created, and don't have great builds the way my later players do. Still, 32 tackles in 7 games as a backup MLB is respectable. The other one has just 15 tackles in 6 games, but does have 6 PDs and an interception. He's an example of what happens when you invest in SAs too early, and don't have any stat up past 61 by level 27.

I guess my lvl 27 LBs should be outperforming the level 30 to level 41 guys that they backup? Especially since these were the first two players I created and I've made lots of mistakes while building them?

If you consider getting half as many tackles to be more productive, then yes, it is a fact that my stronger LB is less productive. I disagree, and I think more tackles is better, which makes your statement false.

Since you are stating lies, I think you should be the one to concede.

I just checked, and your 3 STARTING linebackers have 32 tackles in 7 games, 32 tackles in 7 games, and 24 tackles in 6 games. My BACKUP middle linebacker has 32 tackles in 7 games. It looks like you are just as unproductive as me, despite having a starting job, whereas my guys are relegated to backups due to them being lower level than the starters. If your guys had to be backups, where the starting LBs were levels 55 to 65, I don't think your stats would even be as good as they are now.

Doesn't your BACKUP get like 68 plays a game though?

Starting lvl 31 gets 83 plays per game - 35 tackles
Starting lvl 30 gets 82 plays per game - 30 tackles
Starting lvl 30 gets 70 plays per game - 53 tackles
backup lvl 27 gets 68 plays per game - 32 tackles
backup lvl 28 gets 51 plays per game - 24 tackles

So my LB is doing alright. One of the other 4 LBs is outplaying him, the others are doing about the same as him. Since I've never claimed he's got an excellent build, and he is the first player I ever created, and I didn't build him properly, I think he's doing alright.

The fact that you correlate LB production to pure tackle numbers further illustrates that you should never post again.

How about a metric I came up with regarding plays made per tackle encompassing (TFLs + Hurries + Pds + FF + Sacks (can be included or left out in this or separate analyses) / Tackles

or perhaps looking at the actual meaningful categories above.

Care to make another comparison. . . .Its not in your best interest tho.

Tackles.....LOL

I don't, but its much quicker to do that than to use a complicated algorithm and compare numerous players to each other.

You can post your own metric but I understand if you want to stick to just counting tackles if my complicated algorithm of addition and division proves too daunting.

Or even just count up the number of TFLs, INTs, FF, Hurries, Sacks, and PDs to give you an idea of moderate to elite production. I don't think you will need to even use your toes to count yours up.
