First:
How do I slow build him?
What should I cap first?
I am willing to spend time on him, giving hiim a slow
Should I wait 'til next season before I make him? Or make him stright ahead?

What is a running WR? If you mean lining him up as an HB, he'll die.

Maybe like a Percy Harvin, i would build him like a PR/KR guy. Soft cap speed, agility, vision and carry.

Why on earth would you want to build a WR to run?!

There are currently no WR rushing plays such as reverses in GLB so the only opportunity your WR would get to run would be if you put him at HB, FB or QB but there would be an out of position penalty so his attributes would be reduced.

Just build a speed WR, play him on KR/PR and just hope that Bort put's in reverses. Building a running WR is like building a passing WR or receiving QB, ie pointless. I'm all for experimental builds, but this is just silly.

Yes but I wrote wrong. I heard about a blocking WR ( So i thought running was the oposite)

Ok soft cap speed, agility, speed(2nd), vision, agility(2nd), and speed(3rd)
