THE STADIUM
The stadium is going to be the top priority. The key to a good team is its stadium. I will probably give you pretty low paying contracts for the first few years. Once the stadium is complete we should be raking in some good money and I will be able to pay for your high bonuses and trash talk raises.
THIS TEAM NEEDS TO BE SLOW BUILT
If you aren't currently slow building your player do it now. This means stockpile all of your skill points until you are signed with this team and it is the night before the first game of the regular season. Builds will be up to you but I suggest you to look at what the best builds are and compare them to see what works and what doesn't. I will probably assist you in this. Just make sure you slowbuild so we will be dominant.

YOU WILL NEED TO BOOST AND HAVE CE
If you don't do this you will not be a player on this team for very long. A season or two as a backup at most. We need all we can get and im not paying good money for inferior players. I'm not trying to be an ass I just want a winning team. If you have a problem with it tell me so and I will cut your ass immediately and sign someone who will boost and use CE. I will, however, accept that in certain times you cannot boost due to a certain short term financial problem. When I say "short term" I mean a season at the max. I cannot afford to own a bad team. I am sorry if you cannot afford it. It is nothing personal I just want to win.

THERE SHOULD BE NO INACTIVITY ON THIS TEAM/FORUM
Activity is a must. If you are inactive for awhile you must inform me of this before it happens. In fact I am starting an activity thread. Post in it every day or at least every 3 days to make sure you are active on the team/forum. If you are inactive for more than 5 days then I will cut you without hesitation. This is also an issue dealing with how to win games. If we do not have our tactics set our chances of winning go down by a lot.

For both GM's and players. Players please set your tactics EVERY game and say so in each thread that is posted. If not I will put you on the spot and possibly cut you depending on the amount of times you have not done it. As for GM's you will be required to post a game plan both for me to look at and get at least a little idea of what we are doing in the game. Just an estimate of the pass to run ratio and anything that is out of the ordinary [a.k.a experiments.] Anyways these must be posted at least 24 hours before the next game so the players can set their tactics. This is probably what you already are doing but it must be stated in case you are not.

I am not afraid to answer problems or cut players if things are not going smoothly. This will be a championship team. If you want to be an asshole do it on our league forums while you are telling them how great we are.

If you are not familiar with the Magnificent Bastards then you should read this. You see I got a GM job for the Magnificent Bastards from StoutOne [The Defensive Coordinator of the team] watching me troll a site called TheForumSite. You see the only reason I'm on the team in the first place is that the team was made for talking shit and beating out opponents. I want this to roll in the exact way. If you are on the league forum at any time I suggest you talk as much shit about us being the best team in the league. I don't care if you get banned, I'd prefer not" but I want some trash talking done. So much so that I am willing to offer extra contract money [when im not building up the stadium] for people that do this consistently. The Kobra Kai are a shit team but everyone knows about them for them trash talking. I want this team to be known as the better Kobra Kai.

Be an asshole on the league forums. We are the best. Make sure they know that.
REMEMBER TO KEEP YOUR BUILDS OPEN TO TEAM MEMBERS
If you do not have it open expect to see it in the weekly game plans. If it shows up in the game plans more than 5 times you will be cut.
