How important is it and what would you suggest building it to?

I'm probably gonna get smoked. I think confidence is pretty important and should be trained to 40 then capped, for a d.e.
That's pure speculation though, so take it with a grain of pepper

I've seen some builds that support that. I think it's ridiculously important for all DL guys now that even a 110+ str NT can be pancaked regularly.

too many people still think confidence only helps if your player makes mistakes (eg., get pancaked and miss tackles). I don't think this is a correct assumption.

While I agree with you, don't expect miracles for pumping your confidence.

I do think it helps when he makes GOOD plays tho. For instance, my DE got 2 back to back FF. I think it was because of his confindence. I only have a 31 in conf.

I ended up with 3 that game. All pretty much close together. Some of it may have been all the hits that Jumping Bean took, but I also think his confidence had something to do with it. I also believe that if he misses a lot of tackles, he's more prone to miss the next one.

I don't think you can expect any miracles with getting any attribute to the soft-cap.

Hey asshole, if you are going to cry bullshit then why don't you find a play where he did get pancaked.

i think the method for finding those pancakes is what he considers BS...instead of having a stat to look at

I think sta/con/vis are taken into account for every player on every single play...
