E-City is game as usual.

Monarchs are sort of in.

I'm not really involved in the AI side anymore, and Jerome the owner will need to be hunted down to arrange it.

Seed us around 5-8 in Alpha would ya Joe.... or well take Benitos if everyone else is ducking them.
