AT both tackle and guard, I've gotten our team to the point where we have 3 pretty equal guys playing each of those 2 positions. What I'd like to do is come up with some energy setting so that all three players at each position get approximately equal snaps each game. Any ideas as to how to make this happen?

98/99 would be your best bet I think.
this will likely give the back-up the most plays unless your offense really sucks imo.
I would say 90/95 or 92/95 or something like that :\

3 man rotations are very hard to get everyone equal snaps. tbh I don't think it can be done. But 98/99 would be a good start... And if you get people bitching about their player not getting enough reps, then I would move it to 92/95 and then to 90/95. Use your scrimmages to test it out and see what works best.

Which is why I sad it won't work perfectly.
Only closest you can get to splitting it evenly is 99/10...but that only works for 2 deep.

pretty much 98/99 would work best and the guy with the highest stamina will play the most. I do something similar on my team and the backup G at both G spots gets more PT than either starter due to higher stamina.

I have a 3-man rotation for the Interior Line.
I use 98/99 for the NT's and take the Starting NT and place him as B/U DT, too. For DT's, I use something like 92/96. This way, all three play pretty evenly [all 3 have similar STAMINA].
